How can I get a free gps software for smartphone without internet connection?

Is there any free GPS software for Windows Mobile 6.1 that does not use an internet connection?|||There is Garmin Mobile XT. Your phone must have AGPS though. Also, you need a microSD card to store the maps on. The program is free. But the maps cost money.
